To service the increasing fire-retardant demand of today’s fabrics & textile industries, we use PyroChem ultimate protection coating. The force of PyroChem is able to grasp fabric together similar to glue, causing greater resistance resulting in an overall application that remains soft & pliable, for use across numberless applications.
PyroChem is a powerful fire-retardant chemical solution, offering high-impact treatment, conforming to strict British fire-retardant standards. Its unique recipe formulation offers optimal drying capabilities & a non-abrasive odourless finish, galvanizing in an application that neither compromises on performance nor practicality.
Once the application process is complete, the fabrics journey then proceeds to undergo laboratory testing. Here testing is done externally by an accredited fire test house & concurrently by our in-house technicians, to test the fabrics fire-retardant structure.
In house flame tests are performed above & beyond industry requirements, demonstrating chemical capability & consistent integrity through consecutive 20 25 & 30 second tolerance flame tests. Certification & videos are produced of all tests conducted available for customers at any time.
